The conveyor is a comprehensive chip removing, purifying and cooling system developed by absorbing overseas advanced technology, and widely applied to cutting and conveying of high-speed machining center combined lathe production lines and special lathe production lines and chip washing of internal cooling machines and external cooling machines of main shafts, in particular to centralized cooling and treatment of aluminum chips and cast chips. It mainly has the following features:
1. Compact structure, novel design, multi-purpose and very small floor area. Break through the traditional design idea, and meet design requirements of modern lathes to the maximum extent;
2. High accuracy, high pressure and high efficiency. The ZGL filter can be independently used or many ZGL filters can be used when connected in parallel. The highest internal cooling pressure is 5mpa, the filter accuracy is 10 um, and due to the higher internal cooling pressure of the main shaft, the highly efficient operation of the machine is guaranteed;
3. Full-purpose design guarantees the best use effect. The stainless steel filter can realize automatic cleaning and chip scraping and guarantee that the surface of the filter is not blocked. A chip scraping device is placed on the chip outlet, and it is guaranteed that cutting chips adhered to the scrapers will automatically fall off. The double protection of an overload protector and a photoelectric detection switch is adopted, and it is guaranteed that the equipment will not be damaged;
4. Sound structural design and reasonable and economical function configuration. Because its filter accuracy requirement is high, the cooling liquid is directly filtered by the filter; but the accuracy requirement is relatively low, the filtration of the cutting fluid can be completed by a common screen, the number of filters is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is greatly lowered. In order to keep the liquid levels of two water tanks balanced, a liquid level balancer is also equipped;
5. The product is connected to a host computer to conduct a complete control of the system.
