The system is a purification system integrating a paper tape filter and a magnetic separator, and in the CYPC magnetic chip conveyor, by the strong magnetic effect generated by permanent magnetic materials, iron chips, which are powdery and granular and have the length of less than 100mm, and chips in the cooling liquid medium are separated, adsorbed on the working face of the chip conveyor and then transported to a designated station. The CYGL paper tape filter utilizes the filtering action of a paper tape to remove metal and other non-metallic impurities from the cooling liquid. The cleanness of the cutting fluid is guaranteed.
The system is mainly applied to fine finishing lathes such as milling machines and honing machines with high requirement on purification degree of the cooling fluid.
