Solution: adjust the adjusting bolt of transmission shaft according to the actual situation until it is normal.
4. During the chip removal process, there is a case or debris stuck in the chain, which can not be operated.
Solution: in case of such a problem, it is necessary to immediately stop the work of the chip conveyor of the machine tool, take out the chips stuck in the chain plate, and consult the manufacturer in time
5. Chip conveyor chain plate broken.
This situation is mainly due to the overload of the chain plate, and the damage caused by the normal operation of the reduction motor. The main countermeasure is to relax the mechanical overload protector so that it can work normally. In case of overload, the overload protector will slip without breaking the chain plate. The other way is to install an electronic overload protector to set the current within a normal range. When the current is greater than this value, the breaker will be disconnected, so as to protect the chain plate from breaking.
6. Iron filings are often stuck and cannot be discharged normally.
This is mainly due to the fact that the spiral iron filings are too long, sometimes one iron filings can reach 3-5 meters, and the filaments are continuous, and the more they accumulate, the more they are stuck. The main countermeasures are that all the angled places where the chain plate passes must be made into circular arc shape, and hard angle can not be produced, which is conducive to the discharge of iron scraps; in addition, a chip guard board is added at the lower part of the chip discharge opening to prevent the iron scraps from being trapped under the chain plate and causing stagnation.
7. The service life of decelerating motor is often too short.
Generally speaking, the normal service life of deceleration is 3-5 years, which is relatively solid. But there are also some cases of frequent damage. The main countermeasures are to install electronic overload protector. The damage of the motor is mainly due to the excessive current and the motor overheating caused by the long-term overload operation. It is also necessary to pay attention to the matching between the motor power and the chip conveyor of the machine tool. For example, too small power is one of the causes of easy damage.
8. The main shaft heating is often caused by the bearing damage and poor lubrication effect, resulting in the bearing preload is too tight.
To solve the problem of the spindle heating of the machine tool chip conveyor, first find out the heated object, then determine which end of the bearing is heated, and then rotate the spindle of the equipment to determine whether the spindle is evenly tightened and whether there is a sink point. If the bearing of the machine tool chip remover causes the main shaft to heat up, it is necessary to change or clean the main shaft bearing, and appropriate lubricating oil can be added to the bearing. When cleaning bearings, kerosene or fuel shall be used for cleaning, and then high temperature resistant lubricating oil shall be evenly applied and reassembled.
