One. Scraper chip conveyor head and tail drive

 

(1) the head, tail, transition slot and bridge frame are not welded. The perpendicularity tolerance of the centering plates on both sides of the frame shall not be greater than 2mm. The positioning surface and hole of the transmission device installed on the frame meet the requirements of the technical documents.

 

(2) the head frame, tail frame and transition slot shall be tightly connected. The upper, lower, left and right staggered shall not be more than 3mm.

 

(3) the chain press shall be firmly connected and wear shall not exceed 6mm. In case of exceeding, it can be repaired by electric welding or thermal spraying.

 

(4) the installation of integral sprocket assembly and blind shaft shall meet the requirements of technical documents. When the split sprocket structure is adopted, the combined clearance between the half drum and the half sprocket shall meet the design requirements, generally within the range of 1-3mm.

 

(5) the head shaft and tail shaft of scraper chip conveyor shall rotate flexibly without any jamming.

 

Two. Mechanical transmission device of scraper chip conveyor

 

1. The dimensional accuracy, roughness, center distance and geometrical tolerance of each shaft hole of the casing shall meet the requirements of technical documents.

 

2. The threaded holes, positioning holes and tables on the casing and connecting cover shall meet the requirements of technical documents after repair.

 

3. There is no obvious wear mark on the bearing, and the clearance meets the requirements.

 

4. The fastener has no obvious plastic deformation.

 

5. All parts shall be free of damage, obvious wear marks and deformation.

 

6. All seals and organic hoses shall be renewed.

 

7. During the assembly of scraper chip remover, all parts shall be cleaned carefully, without rust, and there shall be no dirt and sundries in the shell.

 

8. All driving parts shall meet the requirements of technical documents after installation and adjustment.

 

9. Inject lubricating oil into the reducer as required. Pressure test shall be conducted for hydraulic coupling and medium of specified type and volume shall be injected.

 

10. The dynamic balance test of brake disc, coupling and coupler shall meet the requirements of technical documents.

 

11. There is no leakage of reducer and sprocket components. The cooling and lubricating devices are complete and intact without leakage.

 

12. After installation, there is no jamming during manual test run.

 

Three. Chain wheel, tongue plate and chain divider of scraper chip conveyor

 

1. The tooth surface of the sprocket shall be free of cracks or serious wear. The maximum wear of the plane of the horizontal ring chain of the sprocket support: when the pitch is ≤ 22mm, it shall not exceed 5mm; when the pitch is ≥ 22mm, it shall not exceed 6mm (the horizontal ring chain can be placed on the sprocket, and the distance between the upper surface of the ring chain and the hub shall be checked).

 

2. The sprocket shall not have axial movement. The clearance between the double-sided chain sprocket and both sides of the rack shall meet the design requirements, generally no more than 5mm.

 

3. The guard board and chain divider shall be free of deformation and collision during operation. The tongue plate shall be free of cracks and the maximum wear shall not exceed 20% of the original thickness.

 

4. The material and size of the elastic element and shear pin of the coupling shall meet the requirements of the technical documents.

 

5. The protective cover shall be free of cracks, deformation and firm connection.

 

Four. Scraper chip conveyor body

 

1. Scraper and chain

 

(1) the bending deformation of scraper shall not be more than 5mm. The length abrasion of the middle double chain and middle single chain scraper shall not be more than 10 mm.

 

(2) the elongation and deformation of the ring chain shall not exceed 2% of the design length. The diameter wear of chain link shall not be greater than 1-2mm.

 

(3) when assembling the old chain, the chain with the same wear degree shall be assembled together to ensure the same length of the chain.

 

(4) the bolts and nuts for the connection of scraper and chain must be of the same model and specification.

 

2. chute

 

(1) the plane deformation of chute shall not be more than 4mm.

 

(2) the weld shall not be opened for welding, and the wear of the middle plate and the bottom plate shall not be greater than 30% of the design thickness (not more than 50% locally).

 

(3) for the connection of chute and transition chute, the upper and lower staggered joints shall not exceed 2mm, and the left and right staggered joints shall not exceed 4mm.

 

(4) the overlapping part of the chute has no curling.

 

(5) the chute connector shall not be welded or broken. The wear of connecting hole shall not be greater than 10% of the original design.

 

(6) the width of the upper and lower edge of the chute shall not be more than 5mm.

 

(7) the back plate of the chute shall not have obvious deformation.
